Passion for growth and self-insight
A passionate professional with a solid academic background in psychology, orthopedagogics, and Lean Six Sigma management. My dedication to personal development is further expressed in my postgraduate studies in coaching with horses as a mirror, systemic work & trauma, and transformational leadership.
From all these different approaches, I developed my own unique way of coaching with horses. This rich experience, combined with over 20 years in an HR environment where I guided change management and process optimizations, has given me deep insight into the dynamics of personal and professional growth. On the online learning platform, I gladly share my knowledge and developed methodologies to support other coaches and therapists in their own development and the refinement of their unique coaching style.
