HOW IT BEGAN

My passion for the psyche emerged as early as thirteen. This early curiosity led me to study Clinical Psychology in Brussels and Educational Sciences in Antwerp. But despite my academic background, I hit a wall in practice: the gap between theory and application.

I noticed that I was losing hours creating my own exercises and attachments. I had the knowledge, but lacked the confidence and practical tools to implement them effectively. I discovered a need for a clear, yet flexible framework. Without this overview, unnecessary time and energy were being lost.

This personal struggle became the seed for Asaya. I wanted to create a place where the translation from complex material to practice is done for you. No rigid rules, but concrete and simply translated methodologies, so you can focus on what really matters: your client and your own unique coaching style.

MY BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

With over 20 years of experience in HR, change management, and leadership development, I have developed a keen eye for team dynamics and personal drivers. My foundation is academic, but my heart lies in continuous deepening. Alongside Lean Six Sigma, I specialized in systemic work, trauma, and transformational leadership.

The bridge to the deeper core.

Once my own foundation as a coach was solid, my interest in spirituality grew. I noticed a significant gap in the market: spiritual concepts often remained vague or "airy." I saw it as my mission to translate this challenging subject matter methodically and concretely.

On the Asaya platform, I therefore combine the ratio of psychology with the depth of the spiritual world. I help beginning and ambitious coaches refine their expertise and make a measurable impact, without them having to reinvent the wheel.

A PERSONAL TOUCH

Beyond my work, I find my own grounding in nature. Whether I am spending time with my children, being with my horses and dogs, or taking a long walk through the forest: the outdoors is where I recharge.
